(Starting January 2025, single-use amenities will no longer be provided free of charge.)

Important Notice: New Environmental Regulations for the Hospitality Industry

In accordance with new regulations announced by Taiwan’s Ministry of Environment in July 2023, starting January 1, 2025, all accommodation providers—including hotels, motels, B&Bs, and other lodging businesses—will no longer be permitted to proactively offer single-use amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, razors, and similar disposable items.

Additionally, liquid toiletries and skincare products in containers smaller than 180ml will be prohibited, and must be replaced with larger, wall-mounted dispensers. Violations may result in fines of up to NT$6,000.

The Ministry also encourages reducing the use of plastic bottled water by switching to glass bottles or providing water dispensers for guests.

We kindly remind our guests to bring their own personal toiletry items when staying with us. These efforts are part of a nationwide initiative to reduce plastic waste and promote sustainable tourism. With your support, we can create a more eco-friendly travel experience for everyone.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
